For installation, use the torque values and Loctite products from the exploded viewsClean threads before using Loctite when reinstalling the screws

Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered toLocking devices (ex locking tabs, elastic stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, etc must be installed or replaced with new ones where specifiedIf the efficiency of locking device is impaired, it must be renewedV07C06A

Vehicle and Engine Preparation
Place the vehicle on workstation that will have access to an engine-lifting hoistThen start with initial preparation of vehicle by doing the followingPlace the transmission lever on positionTurn fuel valve OFFDisconnect BLACK (-) cable from battery, then RED (+) cable
