Tighten fasteners to torque mentioned in exploded views and textWhen they are not specified refer to following table.The table also gives the metric conversion

Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered toLocking devices (ex locking tabs, elastic stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, etc must be installed or replaced with new ones where specifiedIf the efficiency of locking device is impaired, it must be renewedIn order to avoid poor assembling, tighten screws and bolts in accordance with the following procedure: 1Manually screw all screws, bolts andor nuts2Apply the half of the recommended torque valueNOTE: When possible, always apply torque on nut3Torque at the recommended torque valueNOTE: Always torque screws, bolts andor nuts in criss-cross sequenceSCREW, NUT OR BOLT SIZE M4 M5 M6 SCREW, NUT OR BOLT SIZE M8 M10 M12 M14 TIGHTENING TORQUE Nm 10 lbfin 18 35 89
