COOLING SYSTEM LEAK TEST
WARNING
To prevent burning yourself do not remove the radiator cap or loosen the engine drain plug if the engine is hotInstall special plug (radiator cap) (PN 529 021 400) and hose pincher (PN 295 000 076) on overflow hose no8Pressurize all system through coolant reservoir to 103 kPa (15 PSI)Check all hoses, radiator no1 and cylinderbase for coolant leaksSpray soapwater solution and look for air bubbles
