Install the impulse line
Push swing arm toward engine to engage propeller shaft splines and position the swing arm in the frameNOTE: Do not forget to route brake line over the swing armLine up cone bearing and install RH pivot bolt1 2

Install lower coolant inlet hoseConnect VSS, clutchpressure solenoid and oil pressure connectorsInstall front propeller shaft bolt and torque to 34 Nm (25 lbfft)Apply Loctite 271 on threadsInstall seat pivot barNOTE: At the time of seat pivot bar installation, it is possible that the frame is too wide or too restrictedAccording to your needs, close or widen the frame slightlyInstall carburetor then connect fuel line to carburetorInstall choke cable and reconnect TPS connectorConnect breather hose to carburetorInstall fuse boxInstall starter and connect wires
