ENGINE REMOVAL
Vehicle Preparation
Place the vehicle on jack stands and place the shifter no1 on NEUTRAL positionRemove seat then remove batteryDisconnect BLACK (-) cable from battery, then RED (+) cable
Front Part Preparation
Remove seat pivot bar and unplug solenoid(s) connectorRemove sub-transmission position sensorNOTE: Do not unplug only, remove sensor completelyRemove shifting rod no2Refer to Shifting Rod Removal sectionUnplug vehicle speed sensor

Always disconnect battery or starter cables exactly in the specified order, BLACK (-) cable firstIt is recommended to disconnect electrical connections prior to disconnecting fuel linesDrain engine oil and engine coolant by removing drain plugs
