Installation
For the installation, reverse the removal procedure, pay attention to the following details: Apply engine oil on O-rings Insert clutching valve in place Tap clutching valve gently with rubber hammer Apply Loctite 243 on threads and torque screws to Nm (44 lbfin)
Cleaning
Unscrew bolts then remove the solenoidUsing contact cleaner clean the valve portion of the solenoidRemove and discard the O-ringsUsing momentary switch, connect the solenoid to 12V batteryWhile cycling the solenoid, use compressed air to clean the valveInstall two new O-rings on each sideNOTE: Be sure to respect the correct size in each groove
CLUTCH MODULATOR VALVE
The clutch modulator valve is located in front of engine
Installation
