AIR FILTER
Refer to MAINTENANCELUBRICATION section for further details on the way to proceed in order to remove, clean and install the air filter
AIR FILTER BOX
Removal
XL Model Remove: seat air filter box cover no1 air baffle no2, air filter no3 and foam no4Detach: breather hose no6 rear air intake tube no7 intake adaptor no8 from carburetorUnfasten bolts no5 and remove drain tubes no9 under air filter box no10Pull out the air filter boxAUTOSHIFT and XT Models Remove: seat air filter box cover no1 air filter no3Remove the radiator access plug located in the centre of the rear fenderUnsnap the rigid intake tube no19 from the rear fender
Detach: breather hose no6 rear air intake adaptor no17 carburetor vent hose no18 intake adaptor no8 from carburetorUnfasten bolts retaining air filter box no10 to the framePull out air filter box
