FUEL GAUGE
Removal
Remove front fenderRefer to BODYPull out fuel gauge no4 from fuel tankAt the same time, remove the fuel gauge gasket
Installation
The installation is the reverse of the removal procedureNOTE: Check gasket for cracks or other damageChange if necessary
FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURIZATION
Fill up fuel tank no3Remove seat, fuel tank cover and right side inner fenderInstall special cap of leak testing kit (PN 529 033 100) on fuel tankInstall hose pinchers (PN 295 000 076) on fuel tank vent line and fuel pump outlet hose no2 at carburetor(s), as shown in the following photos
