Installation and Adjustment
Installation is the reverse of the removal procedureNOTE: Adjust brake pedal prior to adjusting brake cableIf brake pedal is not correctly adjusted, the brake system will not function properlyLean brake pedal against brake pedal stopperTurn the adjustment nut until stopper comes in contact with the brake pedal lever
Disconnect master cylinder hose no11 from master cylinder no8 and discard sealing washers no10Cut all locking tie retaining master cylinder hose to handlebarUnscrew the tube clip no45, near CVT intake tube, then unscrew master cylinder hose from vertical brake tube no46V04K0FB
