NOTE: Discard the cotter pinAt the time of the installation, use new cotter pin only castellated nut no.11 flat washer no12Using the hub puller (PN 529 035 612), pull out hub (with brake disc)
REAR DIFFERENTIAL
Removal
Remove the rear axle from swing armRemove the rear differential protector no1Unscrew all TORX screws no6 and no8 retaining axle housings no2 and no4 to differential
Installation
Installation is essentially the reverse of the removal procedure
Backlash Procedure
NOTE: The backlash is the last procedure when the differential is rebuiltInsert the measuring attachment tool into the differential and secure it with screwNOTE: The measuring attachment tool could be not available immediatelyIn such case, use drive shaft to replace the measuring attachment tool
WHEEL BEARING
Inspection
Raise rear of vehicleTake tire by the top and the bottomCheck lateral playIf there is any play, change wheel bearing
