Check all axle housing ball bearings no10 for excessive play and smooth operationReplace if necessaryInstallation For installation, reverse the removal procedurepaying attention to the following detailsApply grease (PN 293 550 019) on splinesTorque castellated nut no.11 to 140 Nm (103 lbfft) minimumNOTE: Always install new cooter pin when the axle is reinstalled

Removal
Remove swing arm with rear axle assemblyRefer to REAR SUSPENSIONRemove the propeller shaft bolt no14 and flat washer no15Separate rear propeller shaft no16 from engine
