Disconnect the temperature sensorPull up cylinder head no33Remove gasket no34
Inspection
Check for cracks between valve seats, if so, replace cylinder headCheck gasket for cracks or other damagesCheck mating surface between cylinder and cylinder head for contaminationIf so, clean both surfaces
Installation
For installation, reverse the removal procedurePay attention to the following detailsEnsure dowel pins are in placeInstall cylinder head screws M11 no31Torque screws as per following procedureCAUTION: This assembly use stretch screwsAs the screws have been stretched from the previous installation, it is very important to measure each screw at assemblyIf screw is out of specification, replace by new oneFailure to replace screws and to strictly follow the torque procedure may cause screws to loosen and lead to engine damageCYLINDER HEAD SCREW M11 SERVICE LIMIT 216.5 mm (8.524 in)
