Install the camshaft timing gear coverPosition the cover on the timing gear so that the holes are aligned
Inspection
Check camshaft timing gear for wear or deteriorationIf gear is worn or damaged, replace it as set (camshaft timing gear and timing chain)For crankshaft timing gear, refer to CRANKSHAFT AND BALANCER SHAFT
Installation
For installation, reverse the removal procedurePay attention to the following detailsUsing the clutch holding tool (PN 529 035 746), lock camshaft on TDC positionR610motr109A

CAUTION: Take care before and after cover installation that the centrifugal system works properly
