Replace gasket no28 if brittle or hardThis gasket is located on the crankcase MAG side behind intermediate gear no15Check inner rotor for corrosion pin-holes or other damagesIf so, replace oil pump shaft assemblyEnsure to also check oil pump housing and coverIf damaged, replace the complete oil pump assembly
If clearance between inner and outer rotors exceeds the tolerance, replace oil pump shaft assemblyEnsure to also check oil pump housing and coverIf damaged, replace the complete oil pump assemblyIf clearance between outer rotor and its bore in oil pump exceeds the tolerance, replace the complete oil pump assemblyUsing dial indicator, measure side wear as shownR610motr58A
