Section 03 ENGINE Subsection 07 (LUBRICATION SYSTEM)
GENERAL
Prior to change the oil, ensure vehicle is on level surfaceOil and oil filter must be replaced at the same time and oil strainer must be cleaned tooOil change, oil filter replacement and oil strainer cleaning should be done with warm engine
The engine oil pressure should be within the following valuesPRESSIONRPM MINIMAL NOMINAL MAXIMAL 1000 RPM 70 kPa (10 PSI) 250 kPa (36 PSI) 350 kPa (51 PSI) 6000 RPM 250 kPa (36 PSI) 450 kPa (65 PSI) 550 kPa (80 PSI)
WARNING
The engine oil can be very hotWait until engine oil is warmAt installation, use torque values and Loctite products from the exploded viewClean threads before using Loctite products when installing screwsDispose oil and filter as per your local environmental regulations
If the engine oil pressure is out of specifications, check the points described in TROUBLESHOOTING sectionTo install oil pressure switch, reverse the removal procedure
