GENERAL
Always perform the electric tests before removing or installing whatever componentFor installation, use the torque values and Loctite products from the exploded viewsClean threads before using Loctite when installing the screws
MAGNETO HOUSING COVER
Removal
Disconnect BLACK negative cable from battery, then RED positive cable
WARNING
Always disconnect battery or starter cables exactly in the specified order, BLACK negative cable firstIt is recommended to disconnect electrical connections prior to disconnecting fuel linesRemove: engine from vehicle electric starter no1 water pump housing (refer to COOLING SYSTEM) screws nos2, 3, 4, and 6CAUTION: Be careful not to lose the gasket ring on the screws nos2 and 5.R610motr10A
