ENGINE REMOVAL
Vehicle and Engine Preparation
Place vehicle at workstation that will have access to an engine-lifting hoistThen start with initial preparation of vehicle by doing the followingRemove seatDisconnect BLACK (-) cable from battery, then RED (+) cable
WARNING
Always disconnect battery or starter cables exactly in the specified order, BLACK (-) cable firstIt is recommended to disconnect electrical connections prior to disconnecting fuel linesRemove skid plateDrain engine oil and engine coolantV04C0AA
