GENERAL
For installation, use the torque values and Loctite products from the exploded viewsClean threads before using Loctite when installing the screws
WARNING
Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered toLocking devices (ex locking tabs, elastic stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, etc must be installed or replaced with new ones where specifiedIf the efficiency of locking device is impaired, it must be renewed
Baja Models Remove: handlebar guard no2 adjusting sleeve no10 tightening sleeve no11 handlebar grip no12
Installation
For installation, reverse the removal procedureOn Baja models, pay attention to the following detailsRemove all rubber residues of the old grip before installing the newClean the handlebar by parts cleaner or alcohol to remove any greasy matter on itInstall handlebar grip by using compressed airInstall SmoothflowTM tapered tip on Loctite 406 glue bottleLift part of the grip using metal tool and inject Loctite 406 (about spots per side)NOTE: The Loctite 406 dries quicklyDo not apply loctite before installing gripApply pressure on the grip for approximately 30 seconds to set the glueInstall new handlebar grip screw no1 and torque it to Nm (9 lbfin)Install end cap
