Clamp crankshaft in vise with protective jawsUsing extractor (PN 529 035 624) extract counter gear

Heat engine housing to 100C (212F)Coat bushing with Klueber grease (PN 711 297 616) and drive home with punch (PN 529 035 689), striking from inside
