overflow hose no2 headlight ignition coils radiator protector radiator mounting bolts no19 on the topPull radiator no8 out of frame by the RH side
Inspection
Check radiator air passage for clogging or damageRemove insects, mud or other obstructions with compressed air or low pressure waterCheck for any coolant leakage from radiator and hoses

Installation
For installation, reverse the removal procedureRefill radiatorNOTE: Do not forget rubber bushings no34 under radiator
RH SIDE OF ENGINE 1Remove screws
Pull out thermostatCatch spilled coolantRemove O-ring no24Check O-ring for damage and change if necessary
To check thermostat, put in water and heat waterThermostat should begin to open when water temperature reaches 75C (167F)

Removal
Remove screws no20 retaining protector no21 on radiator
