Install engine lifting tool (PN 529 035 610) then, install hoistRemove: upper engine support bolt no12 lower bolts no13 retaining the engine support no14 on either side, then, remove supports front lower mounting bolt no15 rear lower mounting bolt no16 rear upper mounting bolt no17Remove engine no18 from vehicle
COUNTERSHAFT SPROCKET
Removal
Slack drive chainRemove countershaft sprocket cover no8 and metallic chain guard no9Select the first gearUnlock tab washer then, unscrew the retaining nutNOTE: Discard the tab washerRemove countershaft sprocket no10 and drive chain together
ENGINE INSTALLATION
For installation, reverse the removal procedure, pay attention to the following detailsReattach cables, hoses, wiring harness, etcAdjust clutch cableBleed rear brakeBefore starting engine, remove oil filterUnfasten pressure bleeding screw
