Section 09 BRAKES Subsection 02 (HYDRAULIC BRAKES)
Rear Brake Install master cylinder to frameInstall rear brake hose no18 to master cylinder using new sealing washersConnect flexible hose from master cylinderFill up reservoir with clean brake fluidCAUTION: Do not mix different types of brake fluidUse only DOT brake fluidBleed rear brake systemCheck for leaks and make sure the brakes operate normally before driving

Removal
Loosen wheel nutsRaise vehicle and support it securelyRemove wheels2

Disassembly
Remove brake pads, see the following sectionRemove: caliper bracket no32 slide pins no33 pad spring no34Place rag over pistonPlace caliper body with piston down and apply small squirts of air pressure to the fluid inlet to remove piston
