Inspection
Inspect oil pump for marks or other damages, specially scratches in crankcase between inlet and outlet partsUsing feeler gauge, measure the clearance between oil pump rotor and inner rotor2 1
Installation
For installation, reverse the removal procedurePaying attention to the following detailsMarkings on inner rotor and oil pump rotor must be visibleCoat inner rotor and oil pump rotor with oil

For removal, inspection and installation, use the same procedures that return oil pump
