To check thermostat, put in water and heat waterThermostat should open when water temperature reaches 75C (167F)
Fan Removal
Unscrew nuts no29, and pull fan in exhaust direction
Installation
For installation, reverse the removal procedure
5, COOLANT TANK
Overflow Coolant Tank
The coolant expands as the temperature (up to 100110C (212230F)) and pressure rise in the systemIf the limiting system working pressure cap is reached 110 kPa (16 PSI), the pressure relief valve in the pressure cap is lifted from its seat and allows coolant to flow through the overflow hose into the overflow coolant tank
