COOLING SYSTEM LEAK TEST
Install special plug (radiator cap) (PN 529 021 400) and hose pincher (PN 529 009 900) on overflow hose no10Pressurize all system through coolant reservoir to 103 kPa (15 PSI)Check all hoses, radiator and cylinderbase for coolant leaksSpray soapwater solution and look for air bubbles

Refilling Procedure
With vehicle on flat surface, engine cold, remove the temperature sensor no9 on the top of thermostat housingFill radiator no2 until coolant get out by the temperature sensor holeInstall the temperature sensor and continue the cooling system filling by the radiatorFill coolant tank no5 up to cold level markInstall radiator pressure capRun engine for brief period then stop engineRefill up to mark, if necessaryWhen engine has completely cooled down, recheck coolant level in radiator no2 and coolant tank no5 and top up if necessaryCheck coolant concentration (freezing point) with proper tester
