Vehicle Preparation
Place the vehicle on level surface and apply the parking brakeClose fuel valveDrain engine oil and engine coolant by drain plugs
Remove: seat front facia fuel tank
Engine Preparation
Unplug: spark plug cables oil pressure sensor, on the top of oil filter housing temperature sensor and temperature sender, located near thermostat housing magneto and trigger wiring harness connectorsRemove: oil tank vent no36 on the top of engine radiator outlet hose oil inlet hose no7 clutch cable starter cable oil outlet hose no8
