MAINTENANCELUBRICATION
ADJUST VALVE CLEARANCE
Removal
Remove: fuel tank valve cover spark plugsUnfasten centre screw plug to right of engine housing cover
Note down valve clearance recordedUnfasten socket head screw beside support for oil return and secure crankshaft with the crankshaft locking bolt (PN 529 035 617)NOTE: Check tightness with the allen keyTo adjust valves, remove the camshaft bridges and the camshaftsRemove adjusting plates, blow clean with compressed air
Installation
NOTE: Before installation, check thickness of adjusting plates with micrometerFor installation, reverse the removal procedure
