Install special plug (radiator cap) (PN 529 021 400) and hose pincher (PN 529 009 900) on overflow hose no8Pressurize all system through coolant reservoir to 103 kPa (15 PSI)Check all hoses, radiator and cylinderbase for coolant leaksSpray soapwater solution and look for air bubbles

Recommended Coolant
Use blend of 60 antifreeze with 40 waterDo not reinstall pressure capCAUTION: To prevent rust formation or freezing condition, always replenish the system with 60 antifreeze and 40 waterPure antifreeze without water freezesAlways use ethylene glycol antifreeze containing corrosion inhibitors specifically recommended for aluminum engines
