ENGINE INSTALLATION
For installation, reverse the removal procedure, paying attention to the following detailsNOTE: At the time of seat pivot bar installation, it is possible that the frame is too wide or too restrictedAccording to your needs, close or widen the frame slightlyTorque interlock cable lightlyFor the adjustment from interlock, refer to HYDRAULIC BRAKES 09-02Reattach cables, hoses, harness wiring, etc
Use punch to remove the other bushingCAUTION: Do not use screwdriver for antivibration bushing removalLH Anti-Vibration System Insert punch in hole of anti-vibration bushing no13 and push support bushing no14 and antivibration bushing out the housingUse punch to remove the other bushing

Insert support bushing in engine supportBefore insert support bushing, spray BOMBARDIER LUBE (PN 293 600 016) in support

Before to start the engine, remove spark plugs and ground them on engine or frameStart vehicle about thirty secondsThis operation activated the oil pumpReinstall spark plug and check if vehicle run correctlyLet the engine idle for one minute to ensure full charge of hydraulic valve lifterCalibrate STPS and GBPSRefer to ELECTRIC SHIFT SYSTEM 05-06
