1Inspect wiring harness, three-prong connector, lens, base, cap screws, and socket for damage2Inspect all wires for corroding, pinching, and cracking3Inspect the bulb for wattage, voltage, and proper operation Seats
REMOVINGINSTALLING
1To remove seat, pull the seat lock lever upRaise the front of the seat and slide it forward2To install seat, slide the rear of the seat into the seat retainers and push down firmly on the front of seatThe seat should automatically lock into position
INSTALLING
1Connect the three-prong connector to the bulb socket; then place the taillight assembly into position on the rear canopy tube2Install the two torx-head screws and tighten securely

Problem: Handling too heavy or stiff Condition
1Front wheel alignment incorrect 2Lubrication inadequate 3Tire inflation pressure incorrect 4Tie rod ends seizing 5Linkage connections seizing
