Radiator REMOVING
1Remove the screws securing the dash assembly to the frame (two on each side, two front center and three lower-rear dash)Slide the dash rearward approximately four inches2Remove four torx-head screws (A) securing the under-hood storage box to the frame; then remove two cap screws with nuts (B) at the front of the storage box
CLEANING AND INSPECTING
NOTE: Whenever part is worn excessively, cracked, or damaged in any way, replacement is necessary
1Prior to washing, inspect the oil cooler for signs of leaks such as oily dirt build-up2Wash the cooling fins using garden hose and hot, soapy water and soft brush3Inspect all mounting brackets and the oil inlet and outlet for cracks or bendsPR182A
