Measuring Connecting Rod (Small End Inside Diameter)
1Insert snap gauge into the upper connecting rod small end bore; then remove the gauge and measure it with micrometerGZ356

2Maximum diameter must not exceed specifications
3With the outer rotor reference dot directed toward the oil pump cover, install the rotor onto the inner rotor

1Place the crankshaft on set of blocks and mount dial indicator and base on the surface platePosition the indicator contact point against the center of the connecting rod small end journal2Zero the indicator and push the small end of the connecting rod away from the dial indicator3Maximum deflection must not exceed specifications
