CHECKINGBLEEDING The hydraulic brake system has been filled and bled at the factoryTo check andor bleed hydraulic brake system, use the following procedure1With the master cylinder in level position, check the fluid level in the reservoirIf the level in the reservoir is not above the MIN, add DOT brake fluid

NOTE: During the bleeding procedure, watch the reservoir very closely to make sure there is always sufficient amount of brake fluidWhen the level falls below MIN, refill the reservoir before the bleeding procedure is continuedFailure to maintain sufficient amount of fluid in the reservoir will result in air in the system
2Depress the brake pedal several times to check for firm brakeIf the brake is not firm, the system must be bled3To bleed the brake system, use the following procedureARemove the cover and fill the reservoir with DOT Brake FluidBInstall and secure the cover; then slowly depress the brake pedal several timesCRemove the protective cap, install one end of clear hose onto one FRONT bleeder screw, and direct the other end into container; then while holding slight pressure on the brake pedal, open the bleeder screw and watch for air bubblesClose the bleeder screw before releasing the brake pedalRepeat this procedure until no air bubbles are present
