4Install the oil pump drive chain and driven gear and secure the gear to the pump shaft with the nut tightened to ft-lb; then install the oil pump baffle and secure with the cap screwsTighten securely YT120
2Install two alignment pins and gasket; then install the right-side crankcase halfSecure with cap screw (threads coated with red Loctite #271) and tighten to ft-lb
5Install the inner magneto housing using new gasket making sure the alignment pins are correctly located; then secure with the five internal and three external cap screws
