ARemove the cover and fill the reservoir with DOT Brake FluidBInstall and secure the cover; then slowly compress the brake lever several timesCRemove the protective cap, install one end of clear hose onto one FRONT bleed screw, and direct the other end into container; then while holding slight pressure on the brake lever, open the bleed screw and watch for air bubblesClose the bleed screw before releasing the brake leverRepeat this procedure until no air bubbles are present 3If thickness of either brake pad is less than 1.0 mm (0.039 in, the brake pad must be replacedNOTE: The brake pads should be replaced as set
4To replace the brake pads, use the following procedureAWith the wheel removed, remove the brake pad alignment pins from the caliper; then remove the mounting cap screws

NOTE: During the bleeding procedure, watch the reservoir sight glass very closely to make sure there is always sufficient amount of brake fluidFailure to maintain sufficient amount of fluid in the reservoir will result in air in the system
