5Disconnect the fan wiring from the main wiring harness; then remove the radiatorfan assembly and account for the grommets and collars6Remove the fanfan shroud assembly from the radiatorCleaning and Inspecting NOTE: Whenever part is worn excessively, cracked, or damaged in any way, replacement is necessary

1Flush the radiator with water to remove any contaminants2Inspect the radiator for leaks and damage3Inspect all hoses for cracks and deterioration4Inspect all fasteners and grommets for damage or wearInstalling 1Position the fanfan shroud assembly on the radiator; then secure with existing hardware2Place the radiator with grommets and collars into position on the frame; then install the cap screwsTighten securely

NOTE: If the oil pressure is lower than specified, check for low oil level or defective oil pumpNOTE: If the oil pressure is higher than specified, check for clogged oil passage, clogged oil filter, or improper installation of the oil filter
3Install the upper and lower coolant hoses, fill hose, and air bleed hose; then secure with hose clamps
