Suspension The following suspension system components should be inspected periodically to ensure proper operationAShock absorber rods not bent, pitted, or damagedBRubber damper not cracked, broken, or missingCShock absorber body not damaged, punctured, or leakingDShock absorber eyelets not broken, bent, or crackedEShock absorber eyelet bushings not worn, deteriorated, cracked, or missingFShock absorber spring not broken or saggingNOTE: Critical torque specifications are located in Section 1AF626D

4Compress the shock absorber spring, remove the retainer, and remove the spring

REMOVING 1Secure the ATV on support stand to elevate the wheels and to release load on the suspensionAF730D

CLEANING AND INSPECTING
NOTE: Whenever part is worn excessively, cracked, or damaged in any way, replacement is necessary
