3Remove the oil cooler from the frame Testing Oil Pump Pressure
NOTE: The engine must be warmed up to the specified temperature for this test
INSTALLING 1Place the cooler into position in the frame2Secure the cooler to the frame with the cap screws and grommets3Install the hoses onto their respective fittings and secure with the clamps
1Connect the Tachometer to the engine or utilize the LCD2Connect the Oil Pressure Test Kit to the oil pressure test port
Vacuum Pulse Fuel Pump
The vacuum pulse fuel pump is not serviceable componentIf the pump fails, it must be replacedTESTING
! WARNING
Whenever any maintenance or inspection is made on the fuel system during which there may be fuel leakage, there should be no welding, smoking, open flames, etc in the area

NOTE: Some oil seepage may occur when installing the oil pressure gaugeWipe up oil residue with cloth
