19Rotate the crankshaft until the first cap screw (from step 17) securing the sprocket to the camshaft can be addressed; then tighten to 11 ft-lbBend the tab to secure the cap screw20Install the cylinder head plug with the cupped end facing the camshaft and the opening directed downwards21Remove the cap screw from the end of the chain tensionerAccount for the plunger, spring, and gasket
24Install the cap screw and spring into the end of the cam chain tensionerTighten securely
25Loosen the adjuster screw jam nuts; then loosen the adjuster screws on the rocker arms in the valve cover26Apply thin coat of Three Bond Sealant to the mating surface of the cylinder head cover; then place the cover into positionNote that the two alignment pins are properly positionedMD1248
