3Install the spark arrester assembly with gasket; then secure with the three cap screwsTighten to 48 inlb 4Remove the oil filter plug from the filter mounting boss (located on the front side of the transmission case) and allow the filter to drain completelyInstall the plug and tighten securely5Using the adjustable Oil Filter Wrench and suitable wrench, remove the old oil filterNOTE: Clean up any excess oil after removing the filter
6Apply oil to new filter O-ring and check to make sure it is positioned correctly; then install the new oil filterTighten securelyNOTE: Install new O-ring each time the filter is replacedCF104
