7Secure the hub assembly with the nutTighten only until snug8Secure the brake caliper to the knuckle with the two "patch-lock" cap screwsTighten to 20 ft-lb9Secure the hub nut (from step 7) to the shaftaxleTighten to 200 ft-lb10Install new cotter pin and spread the pin to secure the nut11Install the wheel and tighten to 40 ft-lb12Remove the ATV from the support standKC297
8Remove the lower shock absorber eyelet from the upper A-arm9Remove the cap screws securing the A-arms to the frame10Remove the circlip from the ball joint; then remove the ball joint from the A-arm

1Secure the ATV on support stand to elevate the wheels
CLEANING AND INSPECTING
NOTE: Whenever part is worn excessively, cracked, or damaged in any way, replacement is necessary
