5Remove the hub assembly6Remove the four cap screws securing the brake disc
7Install the wheel and tighten to 40 ft-lb8Remove the ATV from the support stand
CLEANING AND INSPECTING
NOTE: Whenever part is worn excessively, cracked, or damaged in any way, replacement is necessary

1Clean all hub components2Inspect all threads for stripping or damage3Inspect the brake disc for cracks or warping4Inspect the hub for pits, cracks, loose studs, or spline wear

1Secure the ATV on support stand to elevate the wheel; then remove the wheel
