3Remove the two cap screws and lock nuts securing the rear gear case to the frame; then remove the gear case through the left side KC305
5Install the wheel and tighten to 40 ft-lb6Remove the ATV from the support stand and release the brake lever lock7Check the front differential oil level and add oil as necessaryKC288A

INSTALLING
1Slide the gear case into position through the left side of the frame; then secure it to the frame with cap screws and lock nutsTighten to 38 ft-lb2Secure the engine output flange to the rear gear case input flange with four cap screws and lock nutsTighten to 20 ft-lb3Install the rear drive axles (see Drive Axles in this section)CF113A
