2Install the input shaft seal making sure it is flush with the edge of the housing3Lubricate the input shaft splines with High-Performance #2 Molybdenum Disulphide GreaseNOTE: Any time drive splines are separated, clean all splines with parts-cleaning solvent and dry with compressed air; then lubricate with recommended grease
5Using new O-ring lubricated with grease, install the front drive actuator and secure with the cap screws6Place the pinion housing with new gasket onto the gear case housing; then secure with the existing cap screwsTighten to 18 ft-lb
