Do not attempt to remove bulb when it is hotSevere burns may result
To replace the headlight bulb, use the following procedure1Remove the protective rubber boot from the rear of the headlight housing; then remove the wiring harness connector from the back of the headlight bulb

Tighten all nuts, bolts, and cap screwsMake sure rivets holding components together are tightReplace all loose rivetsCare must be taken that all calibrated nuts, bolts, and cap screws are tightened to specifications
