NOTE: During assembling, new cotter pins should be installed 4Apply small amount of grease to the hub splines
NOTE: If the hole in the axle shaft does not align with the slots in the castle nut, tighten the nut until the hole and slots alignPR290A
5Install the hub assembly onto the splines of the shaft
8Secure the brake caliper to the knuckle with the two new "patch-lock" cap screwsTighten to 20 ft-lb
6Secure the hub assembly with the nutTighten to 200 ft-lb
9Install the wheel; then using crisscross pattern, tighten to 45 ft-lb10Remove the vehicle from the support stand
