3Tighten the nuts to 38 ft-lb4Pour 275 ml (9.3 fl oz) of SAE 80W-90 hypoid lubricant into the differential and install the fill plugTighten to 16 ft-lb5Align the scribed match marks on the front input drive flange and the front drive yoke flange; then secure with the cap screws tightened to 20 ft-lb
8Secure the lower shock eyelets with cap screws and lock nutsTighten to 35 ft-lb
9Install the brake calipersSecure with new "patch-lock" cap screws tightened to 20 ft-lb
6Install the front axles7Install the knuckle assemblies onto the axles and ball joints; then secure with four cap screws taking care not to damage the threads when installingTighten to 35 ft-lb
