5Install the pinion housingRemovingInstalling Axle Seal
NOTE: This procedure can be performed on rear gear case (XTXTZ)rear differential (XTX)
NOTE: Prior to installing the seal, apply High-Performance #2 Molybdenum Disulphide grease to the seal outside diameter
1Remove the seal using seal removal tool
4Using Gear Case Seal Installer Tool, evenly press the seal into the cover bore until properly seated

2Using press, remove the bearing
CAUTION
Make sure the tool is free of nicks or sharp edges or damage to the seal may occur
