4Install the countershaft gear onto the countershaft and secure with snap ring (flat-side away from the gear) GZ333
5Using rubber bands to support the connecting rods, carefully install the crankshaft assembly into the crankcase
7Install the gear shift shaft into the crankcase making sure the flat washer is in place on the right case end and the bearing assembly on the gear shift stop end
NOTE: It will be necessary to rotate the crankshaft back and forth to engage the teeth of the oil pump and countershaft gears
