NOTE: At this point, the cap screw can be removed from between the driven pulley faces
14Rotate the V-belt and drivedriven assemblies until the V-belt is flush with the top of the driven pulley15Place the CVT cover gasket into position; then install the cover and secure with the cap screwsTighten the cap screws to ft-lb
Separating Crankcase Halves
1Remove the oil strainer cap; then remove the oil strainer
Center Crankcase Components
NOTE: This procedure cannot be done with the enginetransmission in the frameComplete Removing procedures for Top-Side, Left-Side, and Right-Side must precede this procedureNOTE: For efficiency, it is preferable to remove and disassemble only those components which need to be addressed and to service only those componentsThe technician should use discretion and sound judgmentNOTE: Arctic Cat H2 engines are built with two different style cases and can easily be identified as Generation or II by noting the speed sensor configuration on the left side
